Booking Conditions
Deposit	To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit paid in advance by cash cheque, bankdraft or electronic banking. Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation	As we are a small boutique operation, cancellation has a big impact on us. There will be a cancellation charge of 75% if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, or 100% if you cancel within 48 hours.
Check-In Time	By arrangement but generally mid afternoon onwards.
Check-Out Time	11.00am unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Smoking	Non-smoking
Breakfast	The kitchen is fully equipped so you may bring your own food and cook at your leisure.
